Instagram and TikTok comedian BenDaDonnn has taken notice of the worrying trend of people showing off their "galaxy gas" usage on social media.
In his latest sketch shared to Instagram, BenDaDonnn shared a video showing him and friends hitting whippets as the trend refuses to slow down. "Don't nobody get higher than us," he says at the start of the clip, as the group does a "cheers" with their respective cans. "I got whip in my body!"
He then launches into a tirade about the older generation hating on them, because the wave of whippet fans on social media has definitely skewed towards the younger, more arrogant side. The sketch continues to escalate in absurdity into it shows them stealing a car and boasting about it on social media.
In the caption, he added, "THIS IS THE WORD GENERATION OF YNs OF ALL TIME." He described the younger generation as "disrespectful" and "addicted to all kinda [shit]."
If you've been on the internet in the past few months, you've likely seen a mention of Galaxy Gas on social media. The particular name comes from a Georgia-based brand that provides "premium whipped cream dispensers, whipped cream charges, and all essential whipped cream products."
The products are marketed as intended for culinary purposes only, but a lot of people have been using it for recreational highs obtained from inhaling nitrous oxide. The high is said to only last for seconds in length, and the risks associated with abusing the products are well documented. Needless to say, you probably shouldn't consider getting into whippets.
