Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has shared that she experienced a cervical cancer scare that has left her facing major medical tests and uncertainty about her health.

In an emotional TikTok shared on Tuesday (Jan. 20), the 38-year-old revealed that she has been dealing with abnormal pap smear results and precancerous cells for about four years, which recently led her to undergo an "uncomfortable" colposcopy and biopsy.

"Results come back. Doctor calls me and he's like, 'Okay, not looking great,'” Snooki said near the 4:30 mark in the TikTok video viewable above. ”He found cancerous cells on the top of my cervix where the opening is.”

The Jersey Shore star recalled that her doctor said she would need a cone biopsy under anesthesia as soon as possible for further testing.

She continued, "The reason why my doctor's on my ass all the time is because I waited. I waited on my damn appointments because I knew I might not get great results but also because I didn't want to feel the pain. I didn't want to deal with the stress of having to deal with all of this."

"I'm terrified," she admitted. "It's scary, but we have to get it done because cervical cancer is nothing to joke about."

Polizzi then became emotional as she discussed the possibility of a hysterectomy if her second biopsy results also come back abnormal.

"Obviously, I'm done having kids but, as a woman, the thought of getting a hysterectomy is just sad and scary," she said. "Getting the hysterectomy and then not being able to have kids, I think that's what's killing me. But whatever to keep me healthy and safe to be here for my kids that I have now," referring to her three children with husband Jionni LaValle, 38.

Elsewhere in the video, Snooki urged others to stay on top of their health.

"Being a woman is not easy and this is definitely a scary thing. I know I'm going to be fine," she said. "Just making this video to spread awareness to make sure you get your pap smears. And if your doctor calls you to do it again: do it. Make sure you're fine and prevent all the bad things that could happen, like cervical cancer."

Her 'Jersey Shore' castmates responded with messages of encouragement under her TikTok comments.

Jenni "JWOWW" Farley wrote, "I love you so much you got this,"

Deena Nicole commented, "Love you we're all here for you."

"Love you! You got this,” Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola added.
