Rapper Kurupt has reportedly been in the hospital for several weeks battling a condition that has not been revealed to the public.

According to TMZ, the Dogg Pound member has been experiencing serious health issues but has improved after being admitted to the hospital.

Producer and rapper Daz Dillinger, who's one-half of Dogg Pound, sent well wishes to the "We Can Freak It" artist in an Instagram carousel on Monday (Jan. 12).

"GOD SAID WE SHALL LIVE & NOT DIE ... Want to send a big shout out to my big brother @official_kurupt," Daz captioned the post. "Get well speedy recovery need all FANZ to send kurupt a get well message flood his Instagram tell him how much we love him."

In 2019, Kurupt was rushed to the hospital after an alcohol relapse, which reportedly occurred while the rapper was filming an episode of Marriage Boot Camp.

At the time, Kurupt was in a contentious divorce battle with his ex-wife, Jovan Brown, who alleged that the rapper abandoned her after she revealed that she had cancer.

In a 2021 REVOLT interview, Kurupt said that he was motivated to stop drinking after he had "two back-to-back seizures."
