Kris Jenner still isn’t shying away about getting surgery.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the 70-year-old head of the Kardashian clan openly discussed her cosmetic procedures.
While spending time with daughter Kim Kardashian in Paris, Kris joked that her nose is "probably the only thing on my face that's real," per People, before acknowledging having a facelift performed by Dr. Steven Levine before turning 70.
Kim, in turn, insists her teeth are natural, saying, "Never had a veneer, baby."
The quip prompted Kris to jokingly tell Kim to “bend over,” in reference to a long-running rumor about the SKIMS founder’s butt being fake.
This is hardly the first time Kris has been candid about going under the knife.
On an October 2025 episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, she told host Amanda Hirsch, "If you really think about it, all the stuff I've done over the years, l've always filmed for our show. I filmed a facelift 15 years ago," noting she’s documented a hip replacement and a hysterectomy on camera.
"I think that it really is somehow my way of showing people and trying to inspire others not to be afraid of, you know, surgeries that you need that are necessary, or even something you want to do because you want to feel better about yourself. And don't be afraid of it, and fear is not your friend," she added.
Although she didn't film her latest procedure, she still chose to confirm it publicly and praised Dr. Steven Levine as an "amazing person, human, and ... a very talented young man."
In her September 2025 Vogue Arabia cover story, Kris said she decided to undergo her most recent facelift "to be the best version of myself."
"If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully - meaning you don't want to do anything - then don't do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It's my version," she said.
Jenner’s daughters Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have also been transparent about cosmetic enhancements lately.
Kylie spoke up about her breast augmentation on TikTok this past summer, while Khloé openly shared a list of surgical and non-surgical tweaks she’s had done.
