Darius Jackson is ready for a new start.
Last month, Jackson, who shares a child with Keke Palmer, made headlines for criticizing Palmer’s outfit at one of Usher's Las Vegas residency concerts. “It’s the outfit tho… you a mom,” wrote Jackson on Twitter in response to Palmer’s sheer black dress and bodysuit. Palmer indirectly responded to Jackson’s diss and even Usher broke his silence on the matter.
A source tells People that Jackson has “moved on” from the drama and is focused on pursuing an acting career. The pair haven’t addressed the current status of their relationship nor have they been spotted together since the incident. But the source adds that they are making it work when it comes to co-parenting their son Leodis Andrellton, who they welcomed back in February.
Just when you thought the dust had settled, Palmer and Usher reunited on the latter’s “Boyfriend” music video released on Tuesday. With lyrics like “Somebody said that your boyfriend’s looking for me,” the visual is a not-so-subtle nod to the ordeal.
