Soulja Boy has responded to a viral video of him wearing what appeared to be massive Nike Air Force 1s while dancing at a night club.
Footage of Soulja Boy that surfaced on Saturday (Jan. 10) showed him doing a vibey dance to “No Hands” by Waka Flocka Flame, Wale, and Roscoe Dash.
The rapper seemingly minded his business while the person filming focused on his shoes, which looked big enough to fit all of downtown Atlanta inside of them.
Catching wind of the chat about his banana boats, Soulja Boy went live on social media to respond to the hilarious conversation.
“It’s a video going around with these shoes,” he began with a laugh. “I think this video is AI, I can’t even lie because they don’t look that big. I think they edited it, bruh.”
The rapper continued by criticizing the person who recorded him.
“Why is a n****a recording my feet anyway?” he asked. “It’s bitches in here. We partying, we drunk. Why you looking at [my] feet? Let’s start there.”
Afterward, Soulja Boy seemingly fessed up to the video being real.
“I went and got a size 10, and I didn’t know they look like that,” he said (he usually wears a size 9 in mens shoes). “I had skinny jeans on, and they made them look even bigger.”
In another of Soulja Boy’s recent livestream rants, the rapper ripped into DJ Akademiks, who said that rappers getting into streaming are “lame” and “corny.”
“Akademiks, you need to fix your tweets, n***a,” Soulja Boy said. “Talking ‘bout, all the rappers is lame ‘cause they streaming and all that… Shut the fuck up with your fat, Uber Eats, McDonald’s-eating ass, 50 Krabby Patties stuffing down your stomach, bitch. You lame, ain’t no fucking body lame, n***a. Shut the fuck up, n***as can stream if they want to. Fuck is you talking ‘bout? Fat piece of shit.”
