GloRilla’s hilarious response to a selfie she posted is quickly going as viral as the original photo.
The rapper originally posted a mirror selfie on Jan. 15. In it, her hair is up in a ponytail. “A lot on my mind,’ she captioned it. But what was on most observers' minds was that she didn't appear to have edges.
After fans pointed this out, Glo posted about the ongoing conversation a day later, saying that her missing edges were longstanding, and had nothing to do with glue from her many wigs (wig glue is a common cause of missing edges).
“Baby dem edges been ate up since I use to fight in high school wti braids dem wigs ain’t did nun wrong,” she wrote.
In other recent news, GloRilla revealed that she doesn’t have any hard feelings for Young Thug after a viral phone conversation leaked where he gossiped about her.
In December, GloRilla told Complex’s Jordan Rose that she and Thug were on good terms after his call with Mariah the Scientist, where he made fun of Glo’s looks, leaked.
“It was a funny conversation,” she said. “I don’t take a lot of stuff too serious. Like, I joke, especially like if it ain’t no death or fighting matter, nothing like that. I ain’t going to take it too serious.”
Rose then suggested that she collaborate with Thug, to which she said, “We’ll see about it.”
After the Thug call leaked, GloRilla’s “Brianna” track about the Atlanta rapper leaked, in which she sampled and interpolated Hotstylz's 2008 single “Lookin’ Boy” to clown on the rapper’s looks.
