Fivio Foreign has been released from jail after spending six months behind bars. Now, he facing three years of probation.

Per TMZ, Fivio was released on Friday (Aug. 1) after being sentenced to time served for the 196 days he spent incarcerated and three years of probation.

According to Fivio’s attorney, Adam Lustberg, Fivio was facing a mandatory minimum of five years in prison and up to 20 because of his record, so his new sentence should be considered a win.

In March, reports surfaced that Fivio had been incarcerated since January after he was accused of pointing a gun at a woman who asked for his help jumpstarting her car on New Year's Eve.

Fivio allegedly told the woman, “If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a fucking problem.”

Fivio was arrested on Jan. 18 and incarcerated in New Jersey. His charges included unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, and terroristic threats. In May, Fivio pleaded guilty to terroristic threats or the threat to commit a crime of violence in the third degree.

Last year, Fivio upset the world when he shared a video of someone using what appeared to be heroin. In the video, Fivio flexed his watch.

Fivio expressed confusion when people ridiculed him online, choosing to shrug off their concerns and clap back.

“We watch this shit everyday on Documentaries..,” he wrote on X. “Don’t get mad at me I ain’t glorying that shit..maybe this ah open yah eyes to why we rap try to get up out this shit.. Or just get up off yo ass and help clean I’m really 1 of people who help.”
