Fivio Foreign is reportedly pleading guilty to terroristic threats charge in hopes that he can get out of jail for probation.

TMZ reports that the rapper pled guilty to terroristic threats or the threat to commit a crime of violence in the third degree. Originally facing four other charges, including aggravated assault and unlawful possession, Fivio’s attorney Adam Lustberg reportedly told TMZ that these other charges are expected to be dismissed because of his guilty plea.

Fivio’s been in jail in New Jersey since January because he was accused of pointing a gun at a woman who inquired about getting his help to jumpstart her car on New Year’s Eve.

During the kerfuffle, Fivio allegedly told the woman, “If I see you parked in front of htis building again there is going to be a fucking problem.”

The rapper was arrested on Jan. 18 and received charges for unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, and terroristic threats.

Fivio’s no stranger to questionable moments. Last August, the rapper had the world upset with him after he posted a video showcasing someone shooting what appeared to be hard drugs into someone else's arm. While this insane act is happening near him, Fivio flexes his watch while someone yells “Dog food, a street name for heroin.

Instead of apologizing for posting the NSFW moment Fivio wondered why everyone was mad at him. “We watch this shit everyday on Documentaries..,” he wrote. “Don’t get mad at me I ain’t glorying that shit..maybe this ah open yah eyes to why we rap try to get up out this shit.. Or just get up off yo ass and help clean I’m really 1 of people who help.”
