Future’s brother, FBG Casino, has been released on $100,000 bond amidst his ongoing drug case.

FBG Casino was initially held without bail after his arrest on Nov. 14 on a charge of conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute. On Nov. 26, a magistrate judge ordered that he should be let out on bond, prompting the government to ask for the decision to be reviewed. On Dec. 2, the decision was reviewed, and he was approved for a $100,000 bond, secured by the home of his girlfriend. Casino was released to the custody of his sister Britney.

While out on bond, FBG Casino will be on home incarceration, unable to leave the house without approval except for medical appointments or court appearances. He also has an entire list of conditions to adhere to for his release, running from being subject to location monitoring, to "actively" seeking employment, to not drinking alcohol excessively.

After his release, FBG Casino shared an Instagram Story video of him on FaceTime with Young Scooter’s son, with the caption reading, “Quit all da talkin unc home, nun else to it #omertà.”

Last month, FBG Casino was arrested during a massive raid in Atlanta. On Nov. 14, federal agents from the FBI, DEA, and local law enforcement raided a property in Forest Park, GA as part of a fentanyl trafficking initiative called Operation Take Back America.

Casino allegedly tried to escape through a side door, but was apprehended outside of the property. Authorities say that he had approximately $4,000 in cash on him.

Inside the residence, agents reportedly found 21 kilograms of fentanyl, around $380,000 in cash, a Glock-19 handgun, a money counter, a food sealer, and additional materials for packaging.

Casino is facing federal charges of conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute, which carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison.

Prosecutors previously requested that Casino remain in custody without bail, saying that the strength of the evidence, how severe the charges are, and his luxurious lifestyle make him a high probability of being a flight risk.
