Sexyy Red says she’s “goin’ back big.”

Amid updates to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, the In Sexyy We Trust artist shared a photo of herself in a medical setting, gown and all. In the caption, she succinctly summarized her plans, like so: “Didn’t want small no more. I’m goin’ back big.”

In a follow-up, she shouted out Florida-based plastic surgeon Marcelo Ghersi, thanking the doctor’s team for their quality work.

“My chest looks soooo much better,” Sexyy added.

Dr. Ghersi quickly responded to the praise, writing, “You’re so welcome! Appreciate the love.”

Later, Sexyy gave fans another update, writing, “I’m back double D’d up.”

A report from TMZ adds a bit more info on the breast augmentation, with sources quoted as saying that this marks Sexyy’s third such surgery. This time, she reportedly went under the knife due to back pain and other issues.

Sexyy closed out a banner year with a performance at last month's Rolling Loud festival, with Owen Wilson among those spotted in the crowd. Sexyy’s 2024 also included an appearance on an especially eventful Kai Cenat stream, a verse on Tyler's irresistible “Sticky,” a Kamala Harris endorsement, an Ed Hardy collection, and the rollout of her aforementioned In Sexyy We Trust project.

The mixtape, Sexyy’s third, features the track “U My Everything” with Drake. The song, notably, samples the notorious “BBL Drizzy” beat.
