Lil Durk’s $250,000 bond has been granted by a judge.

He was previously in court for a probable cause hearing connected to a February shooting outside the Varsity restaurant in downtown Atlanta, per WSB-TV.

Durk will also be given an ankle monitor and curfew restrictions.

Earlier this month, a judge found probable cause to charge Durk and co-defendant King Von with criminal intent to commit murder and aggravated assault, among other counts. Durk, however, denies involvement with the non-fatal shooting and told reporters prior to turning himself in that he had "nothing to hide."

"Once I heard, I immediately came back," he said at the time. "I have nothing to hide. I have nothing to run from."

Atlanta Police Department detective Jeffrey Churchill said he's spoken with a witness of the shooting, who reportedly said they saw Durk pull out a weapon. "They heard gunfire," Churchill told the court. The victim of the shooting, a male, was ultimately released from a local hospital following surgery.

Prior to his aforementioned surrender, Durk released the song "Turn Myself In," which received an official video this week. Durk has also made recent appearances on projects from Asian da Brat and BlocBoy JB.
