Lil Dicky Argues There's 'No Better Rapper' Than Drake, Crowns Him the GOAT

On the latest episode of Complex's 'GOAT Talk,' Dicky also pointed to Ye as a key influence.

Drake is the greatest rapper of all time, at least according to Lil Dicky.

Dicky, who bagged a cameo from the Iceman artist in the third (and presumably final) season of his FXX comedy series Dave, posited his argument in the latest episode of Complex’s GOAT Talk.

Joined by Benny Blanco, Dicky explained his reasoning in picking the 6 god, noting that the artist formerly known as Kanye West would have been given this distinction earlier in his life.

“The child in me says Kanye,” the Friends Keep Secrets co-host and current Complex cover co-star said. “The man in me says Drake. Kanye was the GOAT rapper of my childhood, [and] inspired the inner child in me, which ultimately inspires the adult version of me. But since age 22 of my life until now, I just feel like Drake is just, to me, there’s just no better rapper.”

Blanco, meanwhile, gave the GOAT rapper title to Lil Wayne. Earlier into the episode, Drake was also picked by Dicky as his choice for the GOAT artist with whom he’d most like to collaborate.
