The Bad Bunny Bowl is almost upon us.

On Thursday (Feb. 4), the 2026 Grammy Album of the Year winner joined Apple Music Radio hosts Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden for the official Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show press conference.

During the conversation, Bunny declined to give “any spoilers” for the performance, but promised “it’s gonna be fun.” He also tucked in shoutouts to his mother, plus his global fanbase.

“I just want people to have fun,” he said. “There’s gonna be a huge party. It’s gonna be what people always can expect from me. … Of course, a lot of my culture. But really, I don’t wanna give any spoilers. It’s gonna be fun.”

Elsewhere, Bunny reflected on his recent Grammys wins for DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, previously highlighted by Complex as one of the best albums of 2025.

“That record taught me a lot, and I think it’s one of the most, if not the most, special projects I’ve ever done,” he explained. “It brought me to here. I wasn’t looking for the Album of the Year at the Grammys. … I wasn’t looking for a performance at the Super Bowl halftime show. I just was looking [to] connect with my roots, connect with my people more than ever, connect with myself, connect with my history [and] with my culture.”

Thursday’s press conference is one of several ways Apple Music is commemorating Bad Bunny’s Moscone Center headlining set on Feb. 8. As Apple Music’s co-head, Rachel Newman, recently explained in a statement shared with Complex, the performance also marks a “special full-circle moment” for the platform.

“Bad Bunny’s an artist that we’ve championed from the very beginning, when our editors discovered his work and contacted him directly about bringing it to Apple Music,” Newman said earlier this month. “To have him as a headliner of the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show feels like the culmination of a deep, long-term partnership that spans most of the last decade, at a time period in which he’s forever changed global pop music.”

While accepting the award for Best Música Urbana Album at this past weekend’s Grammys ceremony, Bad Bunny used the opportunity to share a timely “ICE out” message and emphasized the power of love in a time of widespread hate.

“If we fight, we have to do it with love,” he said.
