Fictional K-pop stars joined forces with real-life ones to provide a festival highlight.

K-pop met KPop Demon Hunters at Coachella.

During their Friday (Apr. 10) performance on the festival’s Sahara stage, real-life superstars Katseye brought out some very special guests: EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, the voices of the fictional group HUNTR/X from the Netflix animated movie sensation.

The combined crew performed (what else?) “Golden,” the hit song from the film. You can check out the performance below.

Before bringing out the voices of HUNTR/X, Katseye began their set with their new single “Pinky Up,” the high-energy video for which just dropped. The clip was directed by Bardia Zeinali (who has previously collaborated with Kacey Musgraves and Troye Sivan) and produced by Roisín Moloney (who’s worked with Beyoncé and Lady Gaga).

“Pinky Up” marks the first release from the group without Manon Bannerman, who took a temporary hiatus to “focus on her health and wellbeing” in late February.

The remaining members—Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung—recently performed a number of festivals in South America as a quintet.

Following their Coachella performances on April 10 and April 17, KATSEYE is set to headline the 2026 Head In The Clouds and Hinterland Music festivals and perform at The Governors Ball.
