Ye's planned concert in Poland has officially been called off.

The rapper was scheduled to perform on June 19 at Silesian Stadium in Chorzów. However, venue officials confirmed that the event will no longer move forward, citing legal and administrative complications tied to the show.

In a statement shared by stadium leadership, organizers said the decision was made for "formal and legal reasons," adding that further communication with the event's promoters is underway. Legal representatives for the venue are also preparing documentation related to the cancellation.

"We would like to inform you that the Ye (Kanye West) concert planned for 19 June 2026 at the… Slaski stadium will not take place due to formal and legal reasons," read the statement.

The development comes as Ye continues to face mounting scrutiny across Europe. In recent weeks, his planned appearances have run into obstacles, including a postponed show in France and broader fallout after the U.K. denied him entry, leading to the cancellation of a major festival where he was set to headline.

In Poland, government officials had already voiced strong opposition to the concert. Culture Minister Marta Cienkowska publicly criticized the idea of Ye performing in the country, pointing to his past remarks and actions as incompatible with Poland's historical and cultural sensitivities.

Her comments underscored the broader tension surrounding Ye's international bookings, particularly in regions where his past controversies carry added weight.

As of now, Ye has not publicly addressed the cancellation. Despite the setback, his tour schedule still lists multiple international stops later this year, including shows in India, Turkey, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.

The cancellation adds to an already complicated chapter for the artist, who has spent the past year navigating backlash tied to his public statements and creative output, even as he continues to release new music and plan global performances.
