The son of the LOX rapper pushed back after a viral X post misidentified his sister as him, arguing that the comments were disrespectful.

Jadakiss' son, Jaewon, is speaking out after a social media post sparked backlash by incorrectly identifying one of the rapper's children.

The controversy began when an X user shared a side-by-side image comparing a photo of Jadakiss and his son with a recent picture of the rapper with a young woman. The post suggested both children in the photos were Jaewon, taken years apart.

That claim drew a response from Jaewon himself, who said the image actually featured his sister, Jaidyon.

"If this was the case, this would be ignorant and transphobic as fuck," Jaewon wrote on X. "You being disrespectful and simultaneously saying my sister looks like a man. Seek the kingdom."

He followed up his response with a screenshot of a text with his sister. “They tryna say you look like a man,” he wrote to Jaidyon to which she replied, “They was jacking that when I graduated.”

Jaewon, who has developed his own following through music and social media, has occasionally shares glimpses of his family life online.

In addition to Jaewon and Jaidyon, Jadakiss is also the father of twins, Josh and Jamir. While the LOX member frequently references fatherhood in interviews and music, he generally keeps much of his family life out of the public spotlight.

The viral moment comes as Jadakiss has shared his thoughts on the rift between Drake and DJ Khaled. During a recent episode of Joe and Jada, the LOX rapper debated Fat Joe over Drake's decision to diss DJ Khaled on the Iceman track "Make Them Pay."

While Joe argued that Drake's comments toward Khaled felt unnecessary and likened them to bullying, Jadakiss pushed back, suggesting that rap has become too restricted by unwritten rules about who can and cannot be targeted.

"That's what's wrong with hip-hop," he said during the discussion, arguing that competition and lyrical confrontation have always been part of the culture.
