One of the most talked-about appearances during Drake’s Iceman Episode 4 livestream came from Toronto rapper and influencer Chromazz, who featured prominently throughout the cinematic rollout event ahead of the album’s release.
Chromazz, born Janessa Melina Mendez, appeared in multiple scenes filmed around Toronto, including a widely shared moment inside Toronto City Hall where she was seen sitting on Drake’s lap inside the council chamber. The visual quickly circulated online as fans tried identifying everyone involved in the increasingly elaborate Iceman rollout.
Often referred to as the “Toronto’s First Lady,” Chromazz has built a significant following through music, viral videos, and social media, amassing hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram. In addition to music, Chromazz is also an adult content creator on OnlyFans.
The Ecuadorian-Canadian artist first gained traction with records like “Talk That Shit” before continuing to expand her sound into a mix of trap, reggaeton, and pop. Tracks such as “S.B.W.,” “Famosa,” and “Melania Trump” helped increase her visibility online while solidifying her image as one of Toronto’s most talked-about rap personalities.
Her appearance in Iceman also wasn’t entirely unexpected for fans who follow Drake’s extended Toronto circle closely. Chromazz previously defended Drake publicly during his feud with Kendrick Lamar, dismissing Kendrick’s music during an interview with No Jumper while praising Drake’s dominance and influence.
During the conversation, Chromazz also spoke about her relationship with Drake, calling him “charming” and suggesting he has a way of making people around him feel personally connected to him.
Elsewhere in the interview, she argued Drake gave Kendrick Lamar too much attention during their battle and questioned Kendrick’s broad appeal when compared to Drake’s mainstream success.
