50 Cent is leaning all the way into the jokes after Vivica A. Fox once again mentioned their long-ended romance, this time during a candid street interview with TMZ.

Fox, who recently told a crowd at the Chicago Ultimate Women's Expo, "Don't date 50 Cent and don't date no damn rappers!," clarified her comments on Monday, saying the remark was based solely on her own personal experience and should be taken as friendly advice to "the girlies."

The actress told TMZ that people should date whoever they want, but cautioned women not to go public too fast and to "just have fun." Fox also noted it took her "years to be able to laugh about" her whirlwind 2003 relationship with 50, which ended in a breakup followed by years of public mudslinging.

But 50 didn't miss the moment. The rapper and TV mogul responded on Instagram with a pair of playful posts.

In his first post, 50 shared an image of a blue pill with a smiley face stamped on it, captioning it: "What, 😳 I don't know what happened 👀 see that's your problem you think you know everything. LOL @bransoncognac.”

Fans immediately connected the joke to Vivica's recent comment about "taking the blue pill," a playful nod to 50's earlier Matrix-themed response.

He followed up with a video referencing Vivica's TMZ interview, captioning: "You ain't gonna believe this man, but she tried to turn me out 😔 I just got on 👀 LOL @50centaction."

The clip showed Vivica walking down a New York sidewalk as TMZ attempted to ask her about the rapper, a moment 50 used to amplify the humor of the situation.

In previous days, 50 had already responded to Vivica's original "don't date 50 Cent" advice with an AI-generated photo of himself as Morpheus from The Matrix, holding a red pill and a blue pill. He captioned it: "Either way I'm a have that ass in the matrix. You know I love me some you, girl. But damn it's been 22 years Vivica."

Vivica laughed off 50's post and said she actually loved his unusually tame response, telling TMZ the Matrix-themed joke was "fantastic" and that she'd "take the blue pill."
