It was only a matter of time before the 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and the artist formerly known as Kanye West dropped her first EP.
North West’s EP N0rth4evr debuted on Spotify and Apple Music Friday (May 1). The 6-track collection is a mash-up of metal guitar riffs, autotune, and punk-infused rap.
The EP follows up North’s single “Piercing on My Hand” in February and collaborations with FKA Twigs and Ye last year.

How to watch the music video for “#N0rth4evr”
A music video for EP’s title track, “#N0rth4evr,” dropped on Thursday (April 30).
The visuals backing the guitar shredding and autotuned vocals show North taking inspiration from early 2000s emo and punk with striped arm sleeves, spiked wrist cuffs, and Converse sneakers. There’s even a shot of an early aughts iPod.
The single, which also has elements of heavy metal, continues the glitchy, moody visual effects first seen in a teaser for N0rth4evr shared on a YouTube channel for Kim and North last month.
The lyrics of “#N0rth4evr,” meanwhile, reveal a tween who boasts of confidence with the unsurprising awareness that she’s being watched by the world.
“I don’t listen but they talk about me all day,” North raps. “Everywhere I go feelin' like a runway.”
