After ringing in his 28th birthday with a DUI arrest in July, Jeremih has officially submitted a no contest plea for a charge of reckless driving in exchange for the dismissal of the DUI, according to TMZ. Jeremih was originally arrested early in the morning on July 17th after being pulled over by the California Highway Patrol.
TMZ reports that the plea bargain hinges on the Chicago singer undergoing a mandated drug and alcohol education course and successfully completing two years of probation. Hopefully none of this holds back Jeremih's long-in-the-works Late Nights: The Album, which sounds incredible so far.
