TMZ reports that Jeremihwas arrested early this morning (July 17) for driving under the influence. The "Birthday Sex" singer was reportedly pulled over by California Highway Patrol shortly after 2:00 AM. The DUI is a misdemeanor charge and the just turned 28-year old was reportedly released from jail late this morning after posting up $15,000 for bail.
Jeremih is scheduled to perform alongside J. Cole and Big Sean tonight at the Sleep Train Ampitheatre in Chula Vista, California.
