Pink spent New Year's Eve in the hospital after deciding to fix her body ahead of 2026.
On late Wednesday (December 31), the Trustfall artist posted a selfie that showed her in a hospital bed with a portion of her neck covered with gauze. Pink smiled in the photo, assuring fans that she successfully replaced two vertebral discs in her neck.
"I want to say Happy New Year’s to everyone. I am so happy to say goodbye to the snake year and welcome in the horse," the singer captioned the post, referring to this year's Chinese zodiac. "This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying."
Pink added that she was a witness to "so much beauty" in 2025 despite hardships that the year brought. "And I got to wake up every day and get out of bed and go about my business," she continued. "The business of loving my children and helping them to follow their dreams. Showing them that life is an adventure or nothing at all."
With her husband, former motocross athlete Carey Hart, Pink has two children, a daughter, Willow, 12, and son Jameson, 9. Elsewhere in the caption, Pink said that her 2025 consisted of "saying goodbye to incredibly important people" and "hello to new ones."
"And I end the year giving reverence to, paying attention to, and to fixing my body," she added. "It may not be a fancy Face lift, but I am getting two new shiny discs in my neck. A new scar, a new reminder, that I appreciate this vessel that I have and use it for all it’s worth."
After calling rock 'n' roll a "contact sport," Pink shared that she was spending New Year's Eve solo while her family was "happily snowboarding."
"I know that 2026 is going to be better because that is the choice that I have made," she wrote.
Although she wasn't hospitalized, last August, Pink worried fans after sharing that she had contracted bacterial infection E. coli while on vacation. Like her recent Instagram post, the singer appeared to be unfazed at the time, and posted a picture of herself sipping wine among friends.
