After a successful lawsuit against Milagro Gramz, Megan Thee Stallion wants the blogger to stop commenting on her entirely.

In new documents obtained by Complex, the rapper's legal team filed a motion on Thursday (December 17), requesting a permanent injunction to prevent Gramz, real name Milagro Cooper, from cyberstalking her. The three-time Grammy winner claims that she has experienced "substantial emotional distress" stemming from the blogger's output, which has caused a "reasonable fear for her physical safety and health."

The proposed injunction, if approved by a judge, would have multiple effects. It would:

  • 1. Prevent Gramz from having any contact with Megan, whether written or in person.
  • 2. Keep Gramz at least 500 feet from Megan at all times for a five-year period.
  • 3. Stop Gramz from releasing any personal information about Megan.
  • 4. Prevent Gramz from sharing the deepfake video of Megan that was an issue during the trial.
  • 5. Prevent Gramz from making any defamatory public statements about Megan's trial testimony, mental state, "recreational use of alcohol," or her extended family.
  • 6. Prevent Gramz from making statements meant to incite people against Megan.
  • 7. Prevent Gramz from physically harassing or cyberstalking Megan.
  • 8. Force Gramz to remove all of her statements about Megan that were at issue during their case.

Megan accused Gramz of orchestrating a scheme with convicted R&B and hip-hop artist Tory Lanez, who is serving a ten-year sentence for shooting the rapper in July 2020.

"An injunction is essential to protect Ms. Pete against the threat of harm posed to her safety and well-being by Defendant’s conduct," the document reads.

Lawyers for the "Bigger In Texas" artist argue that if Gramz isn't barred from cyberstalking the rapper, she'll be a victim to "suffer irreparable harm" perpetuated by the blogger and her "mob" of followers.

In late November, Gramz was found liable on all three claims for defaming Megan, real name Megan Pete, and was ordered to pay damages of $75,000. In a video captured by court reporter Meghann Cuniff, the rapper said that she was "happy" about the outcome. The damages were eventually reduced to $59,000.

Weeks after the Gramz decision, Lanez voiced his innocence nearly three years after being sentenced, claiming that he had "never been violent towards a woman."

"I believe not only that I was wrongfully convicted, but the amount of new evidence that has emerged since that trial, I think, has been overwhelming," the artist claimed.
