Latto Says Her Low Body Count Lyrics Aren't 'That Deep'

The rapper says people shouldn't "let everybody have access" to their bodies.

Latto doesn't think her "body count" lyrics are "deep" enough for people to debate them.

The rapper was a guest on the new episode of Complex's 360 With Speedy, and around the 16:30 mark of the video above, host Speedy Morman asked about Latto often claiming in her music that she has a low body count. The topic was also discussed when she and her younger sister, Brooklyn, were on Tylil's Twitch stream earlier this month.

"Be a boss. Don't let everybody put their hand in that cookie jar, period," the "Somebody" artist told Speedy.

"It's literally not that deep," she continued. "I'm pushing, like, be a boss. Don't let everybody have access to you."

Latto explained that the message isn't just reserved for women. "I think men should be like that too. Y'all just be slangin' that motherfucker around," she said.

When asked why women shouldn't allow men to put their "hand in the cookie jar," Latto said, "'Cause they're not deserving of it."

When it comes to those who have multiple sex partners, Latto claimed that she "never said that was a bad thing," although she's proud of her low count.

"It's not necessarily like a number that I'm proud of, it's more so
like everybody ain't touched this, everybody ain't had their hands on this motherfucker," she told Speedy.

Latto added that her "I don't care about your bodies" line on "Somebody" was "literally jokes" and that she's unbothered by what Tylil has "going on."

"I don't even care what y'all got going on," Latto said to viewers at home.

Elsewhere, Latto said that she considers her mystery partner her "first and last" body. She also made a slurping noise, which caused Speedy to hilariously end the topic.

On the Twitch stream, Tylil confronted Latto about her body count lyrics, asking the rapper if she thinks listeners believe her. “I don’t give a fuck if they believe me, my n***a believe me,” she told him.
