Drake Says 'I'll Drink to That' When Crowd Chants 'F*ck Kendrick' at Wireless Festival

The rapper also shaded his former friend LeBron James during his second night performing at Wireless Festival.

On night two of this year's Wireless Festival, the crowd started a "Fuck Kendrick" chant during Drake's performance. The "What Did I Miss?" artist headlines all three days of the London music festival, and on Saturday (July 12), he told the crowd to "name another artist" who can "clash" with him onstage.

Drizzy's speech sent the crowd into a frenzy, causing them to chant "Fuck Kendrick" towards his collaborator-turned-rival, Kendrick Lamar. The chant was music to Drake's ears, as he responded, "You know what, Chubbs… Grab me a shot. I’ll drink to that."

Later in the evening, Drizzy brought out Dave and Central Cee.

Drake's Wireless Fest performance on Saturday also saw him shade his former friend LeBron James. The Los Angeles Lakers power forward was recently spotted supporting Bad Bunny during the opening night of his concert residency in Puerto Rico.

Both Kendrick and James have been Drake's targets over the last year, as the eight-time Grammy winner infamously feuded with K. Dot over diss tracks and covered up his tattoo dedicated to Bron. Last Juneteenth, James attended Kendrick's Pop Out concert, which The Boy didn't take kindly to, later snubbing him on "Fighting Irish."

Drake also seemingly covered up a tattoo he got of James and appeared to replace it with one of Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai-Gilgeous Alexander, who is from Toronto.

Night 1 of Wireless Festival saw Drake bring out Lauryn Hill for a rendition of "Nice for What," which samples Hill's 1998 track "Ex-Factor." But that wasn't all. Drake also brought out Bryson Tiller, Mario, Bobby Valentino, and Giveon on Friday.

ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
