Chris Brown returned to his freaky on-stage antics during a performance of "Take You Down" on the inaugural night of the Raymond & Brown Tour.
Like his suggestive viral performances of the 2008 song during last year’s Breezy Bowl XX tour, on Friday (June 26) at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado, the two-time Grammy winner brought a lucky fan onstage for an NSFW live rendition. The song was among Brown’s earliest sexually-charged songs and was featured on his sophomore album, Exclusive.
The set began with the woman being handcuffed to an overhead pole fixture while Brown sang to her and danced closely. After being freed her from the pole, the fan was taken to a nearby bed where Brown simulated sex by dry humping her, similar to his widely circulated performances with R&B vocalist Summer Walker, who was a supporting act on the Breezy Bowl XX Tour, and podcaster Kayla Nicole.
Nicole was a special guest during the "Take You Down" segment on the Los Angeles date of Breezy Bowl XX last September and, in an Instagram post, she dedicated the moment to a teenage version of herself along with other "brown girls."
"Well, that was fun," she wrote. "Had to really do it for the teenage me blasting [Chris Brown] in her bedroom. For the mini-me who saw him at one of her first concerts. For the woman who sometimes feels like she has to be a monolith instead of multi-layered."
Nicole, who formerly dated NFL star Travis Kelce, danced onstage earlier this year with R&B legend Toni Braxton.
