A BTS fan gave her best advice on enjoying a concert by the K-pop band while avoiding heartbreak in the process.
On social media, fans of the ARIRANG band have shared pictures from attending their first BTS concert and their latest concert. The group is currently on the Arirang World Tour, which continues until March 14, 2027.
In a repost, a fan named Heather posted two pictures, the first showing her and a friend who was marked out of the image, and a second that just showed herself.
“Ps—make sure to take pics by yourself as well as with your friends. You never know when your maid of honor bestie will run off with your ex-husband and make all your old concert pics unusable 🫣,” she tweeted.
The tweet was followed by Heather inviting her followers to participate in a “photo edit contest” by replacing a picture of her former friend with a picture of BTS member Yeontan, also known as “Tannie.”
In replies to her following, Heather confirmed that she had divorced her now-ex-husband, who her then-friend is now in a relationship with.
“College bestie was like the sister I never had, best friends for over a decade, she was the maid of honor in my wedding,” Heather tweeted in a reply. “She ran off with my husband after we finalized our divorce and we haven’t spoken since 🙃 so much for being there for me while I healed/rebuilt my life lol.”
Heather went on to say that the friend “was secretly hanging with” her ex-husband “for the whole year after we split while living with me for free.”
BTS fever has been high since the release of Arirang in March. 7-time Grammy winner SZA fangirled over the group, who presented her the American Music Award for Best Female R&B artist in March.
