Earlier this week, Major Lazer released another summer smash with “Cold Water” featuring a star-studded cast: Justin Bieber, MØ, Diplo, Benny Blanco, Ed Sheeran, and more. Although the collaboration is still fairly new, fans can look forward to a remix with Gucci Mane coming soon.

Last night, Guwop shared a Snapchat story of him bopping to “Cold Water.” He followed it with a message that a remix to “Cold Water” is coming. Bieber was pumped to see Gucci enjoying his song, too.

The same night in New York City was Brunch Bounce, a summer party series, at Elvis Guesthouse that had a surprise guest set from Diplo. At some point during the evening, Diplo premiered the remix for the first time to party-goers.

Fresh off his post-prison release of Everybody Looking, the Atlanta rapper isn’t slowing down his output. Right now, he has an EP in the works with Drake, according to Zaytoven, and will probably link up with more of today’s hottest artists to make up for his absence all these years. At his homecoming concert in Atlanta, he met Fetty Wap for the first time, so let’s hope that’ll lead to something.

Check out Everybody Looking if you haven’t yet here, and read our interview with Gucci Mane’s engineer on the making of the album here.

UPDATED July 24, 3:11 p.m. ET: Gucci Mane confirms the remix's existence and tweets at Justin Bieber saying "We gotta cool tha summer down bruh!" Let's go!
