Gucci Mane remains one of the most prolific rappers ever, and he adds to that legacy with the release of his much-anticipated post-prison debut Everybody Looking. Recorded in the six days immediately following his release, the album is a mixture of raps he wrote in prison and material from his first days of freedom. It includes features from Kanye West, Drake, and Young Thug. Gucci released a string of singles in the run-up to the project's release, including "Guwop Home," "First Day Out Da Feds," "All My Children," "Waybach," and more.

The album finds him teaming back up with Zaytoven and Mike WiLL Made-It. If you recall, Gucci was responsible for giving Mike WiLL his producer name when he shouted him out on “Star Status.”

Although the Atlanta rapper spent nearly three years behind bars on weapons and drug charges, he has managed to keep his name relevant in hip-hop. As of last month, he released a 36-track effort titled Meal Ticket that combined previous projects Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert into one. That project capped off an incredible output that spans over 20 mixtapes. Gucci recently opened up about his time in prison with The New York Times, detailing how his incarceration helped him beat his drug addiction.

Of course, Gucci’s work ethic is unmatched. Back in January of this year, Mike WiLL postponed the release of his mixtape Ransom 2 because he was waiting on a feature from Gucci. He later revealed Gucci couldn’t host his tape due to restrictions from federal prison officials. Clearly, Gucci and Mike have a solid working relationship that carries the project to new heights.
