Mase is happy Donald Trump didn’t return to Madison Square Garden for Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

“I’m just so glad that they didn't have Trump come back,” he said on the latest episode of It Is What It Is, at the 29:15 minute mark. “It just messed the vibe up, and having the arena back like it was going to be before he came was really, really exciting to see, and I hope they keep it that way moving forward.”

On Monday (June 8) Trump’s appearance at Game 3 to cheer on the New York Knicks prompted a chorus of boos after he was shown on the arena’s Jumbotron during the national anthem. The president, however, later told reporters that he was met with “mostly cheers.” He added, “It was loud, and it was very enthusiastic.”

Cam’ron had his own thoughts about Game 4, which also saw a huge celebrity attendance, as did previous games. This time, in addition to the usual suspects like Spike Lee, Ben Stiller, Timothée Chalamet, and Fat Joe, Taylor Swift was also present at Wednesday’s game, which irked Killa Cam.

“Nothing turns me off [more] than a follower. I can't stand it. I hate it. I really, really hate it,” Cam said. “Taylor Swift, what are you doing there? You're not even from New York, and you're jumping around. I hate people like that.”

He added, “I smile and give you a handshake and still be your friend, but in the back of my brain, I'm like, ‘I have no respect for you. You're a follower and…we're not the same kind. So be careful trying to act like, ‘Hey, Cam, you seen the Knicks?’ Yeah. Congrats to the real Knicks fans. You're a follower. You're a Swifty.”

The Knicks now lead the series 3-1 against the San Antonio Spurs, with Game 5 set for Saturday night in San Antonio.
