Latto is gearing up for her next album.
The “Big Mama” artist took to Instagram on Sunday (Jan. 11) to tease her next offering. “Stfu & get ready for the album,” she captioned a set of photos.
Latto’s next album will be her fourth, following 2024’s Sugar Honey Iced Tea, 2022’s 777, and her 2020 debut, Queen of da Souf. All three projects have appeared on the Billboard 200, with her last debuting at No. 15.
Last year, the 27-year-old dropped off a handful of singles, including the remix for the Sugar Honey Iced Tea album cut “Blick Sum” with Playboi Carti, “Somebody,” and “Gyatt,” featuring Ice Spice. Latto also appeared on Summer Walker’s Finally Over It song “Go Girl,” and 21 Savage’s What Happened to the Streets? track “Pop It.”
Latto’s latest release, “Gyatt,” made headlines, as it signaled the end of her rumored feud with Ice. The pair allegedly started beefing in 2023, then appeared to take shots at each other over their respective releases in 2024. Whatever differences they had appeared to be ultimately squashed with their collab.
Ice later commented on their spat, telling Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, “It wasn’t a real beef to begin with, to be honest.”
