Jessie J has shared an important health update with her fans, letting them know that she is cancer-free.
On Thursday (May 21), the British singer-songwriter documented her yearly checkup hospital visit, during which she revealed she'd been given the all-clear.
"RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE!! I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year," she captioned her Instagram reel. "So I'm back for my yearly checkup. I'm actually shitting myself, I'm not gonna lie," she said.
The "Price Tag” hitmaker also joked about the MRI process: "If you haven't had a breast MRI, you have to lay on your front and put your arms in the air like Superman. I might have to have a bigger bucket this time for these big old breasts, but fingers crossed all good, all good." She then started singing Bob Marley's "Don't Worry About a Thing."
According to Page Six, Jessie first shared her diagnosis in June 2025. She later underwent a mastectomy. "Cancer sucks in any form, but I’m holding on to the word 'early,'" she said at the time, before adding: "You have loved me through all my good and hard times. And I don’t want this to be any different."
In August, Jessie shared an update following her surgery. "I’m still in the thick of recovery and my body is still finding its way," she wrote online. "But I LOVE music and I LOVE my life and I want to LIVE in the moment."
Despite the diagnosis, the Grammy nominee still released her album, Don't Tease Me with a Good Time, in November and embarked on her No Secrets Tour. Kicking off in January, the trek saw her visit the US first, then China and Europe. She still has several shows left, with the tour wrapping on August 30 at the historic Port Eliot Estate in Saltash, England.
