Kodak Black has reportedly been banned from South Carolina.

According to NBC affiliate WYFF4, the 19-year-old rapper is prohibited from entering the state unless he’s making scheduled court appearances. Black was booked into the Florence County Detention Center in late November on one charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The charges stem from a February 2016 incident in which Kodak was accused of attacking a fan in a hotel room. The warrant states the rapper “forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room. The defendant removed the victim's underwear.”

Kodak was released from jail last week after paying a $100,000 bond. He maintains his innocence and has since told fans he is working on making more music: “I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future. I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan), Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support,” he wrote on Instagram, “I can't wait to get back to doing what I love most—working at being the illest rapper alive.”

Though he is on house arrest, Kodak just put out his first song since being released from jail: a Dubba-AA-produced cut called “There He Go.”

If convicted of the sexual assault charges, he could face up to 30 years in prison.

Florence County officials did not immediately respond to Complex's request for comment.
