Kodak Black is heading home after reportedly paying $100,000 bail in South Carolina, according to the Sun Sentinel.

The rapper took to Instagram Thursday afternoon to confirm to his fans that he was leaving jail. "I'm happy to finally be going home to my family and friends," he wrote. "I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future. I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan), Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support. I can't wait to get back to doing what I love most—working at being the illest rapper alive."

New details have emerged regarding the pending sexual assault case against Black in South Carolina since. According to a police report, the woman Black is accused of sexually assaulting is actually a fan who had just attended his show. The assault is alleged to have taken place on Feb. 7 after Black had performed at a club the night before. As reported by Sun Sentinel, the alleged victim and a friend went back to the Comfort Inn and Suites in Florence, South Carolina to hang out with Black and another person.

The pair then went into a separate room, which is when the attack started, according to the accuser. "[The victim] stated that the subject known as 'Kodak Black' pushed her into a wall and then down onto the couch in the room," the report states. "[The victim] was even screaming for help."

"If God Is With You Who Can Be Against You.." Kodak Black's Twitter account posed on Wednesday. It's one of many tweets from the rapper's official account that has been shared in light of his recent legal troubles. Meanwhile, local NBC affiliate WYFF4 reported that Kodak Black has since been banned from South Carolina and is only allowed back in the state for court appearances. We'll keep you updated as more details emerge on the case.
