In the week following the 20th anniversary of 2Pac’s death, we’ve seen several of the rapper’s personal items put up for sale. Everything from Pac’s handwritten lyrics and poems to music plaques and an autographed Bible have been listed on auction sites for hefty sums. And now, a New York-based memorabilia dealer is trying to sell a piece of jewelry worn by the late rapper.

According to TMZ, Moments in Time has listed Pac’s gold and diamond pendant he had around his neck when he was shot in NYC two years before his death. The bullet-dented piece has a fixed price of $125,000. Just like the hand-signed prison Bible, the pendant was reportedly sent to MIT by one of Pac’s family members. MIT owner Gary Zimet told TMZ that the family receive a bulk of the profits once it’s sold.

The publication reached out to the rapper’s estate, which has strongly advised against the sale. They informed TMZ that no one, including Pac’s relatives, are allowed to sell his personal items. They’ve also threatened legal action against any sellers and buyers.

As of Sunday evening, the item is still listed on the MIT site—just in case anyone with an extra $125,000 wants to take the risk.
