Yaya Mayweather appears to be calling out NBA YoungBoy, the father of her child, for not contributing to their son’s fifth birthday party.
In a post shared on X, Mayweather criticized her ex-boyfriend and claimed that he has been an absent father.
“You giving hoes money to go shopping and buying hoes jewelry, but still haven’t given me money for my son’s birthday party,” she wrote. “You know who paid for my son’s birthday party? MY DAD!!!!!!”
Mayweather, whose father is renowned boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., welcomed her first child, Kentrell Jr., with YoungBoy in 2021.
The 25-year-old was rumored to be expecting her second child with YoungBoy last summer after the arrival of his DJ Khaled-hosted mixtape, Deshawn.
On the track “This Month Confessions,” YoungBoy rapped, “Now Yaya pregnant, gotta make her get rid of it / This ain’t the time, I told you, ‘No,’ I made you cry, now I feel illiterate.”
Yaya Mayweather later denied the rumors, and shared multiple posts on her Instagram story.
“Idk where y’all getting this from but I’m not pregnant,” she wrote in August, per TMZ.
She also showed love for YoungBoy, who has been married to Jazlyn Mychelle since 2023, in a follow-up post.
“I love you more than words could ever explain, and no matter how far away you go in the world, I’ll always be here for you, cheering you on,” she said at the time.
The 26-year-old rapper has 10 confirmed children with eight different women.
