It seems Lil Baby isn't looking to create a follow-up to his 2018 collaborative mixtape with Gunna, Drip Harder.

In an interview scheduled to drop on Thursday, Charlamagne Tha God asked the Atlanta rapper about his relationship with Gunna.

"We ain't got no relationship," he said, while also responding to accusations that he "can't make hits" without Gunna. "The internet will say anything. You know how many hits I got?"

From there, Charlamagne asked if Lil Baby would ever consider hopping in the studio with Gunna again.

"I know [Young] Thug says what Wham! says goes, but Thug says, 'Hey I'mma get in the studio, I'm gonna make some music with Gunna, Baby I want you to participate,' would you?" Charlamagne asked, as seen in the clip below.

"I don't see that happening," Baby replied. "Nah, I'm saying, like, I don't want you to [anticipate], I don't know what nobody else will do. But as far as me, know what I'm saying?"

Lil Baby appeared to diss Gunna in a leaked verse last year in which he rapped, "N***as taking pleas, I know that Slime ain't happy." Later that same year, he was caught on video demanding a DJ not play his Gunna collaboration "Drop Too Hard" at a concert.

"Fuck the rats turn this shit off," he said in the clip.

Lil Baby's shots came after after Gunna was accused of snitching because he pleaded guilty to a sole racketeering conspiracy charge in the YSL Records RICO case in December 2022.

After Lil Baby dissed Gunna multiple times, Young Thug's father, Jeffrey Williams Sr., said Lil Baby "needs to shut the fuck up."

Gunna has denied the allegations that he snitched and asserted he didn't make any statements, cooperate with authorities, or agree to testify against his friend.

Following Thug's release from Fulton County Jail in Atlanta last month, Thug also indicated that his relationship with Gunna is rocky in a since-deleted tweet.

"Gunna stop acting like we friends on the internet, I don't know you my guy," he wrote, despite his lawyer making a request to allow him to continue making music with Gunna as they have contractual obligations to YSL.

Before that, Thug suggested that he wanted to team up with Lil Baby on some new material.

"Wham let's drop one on these rats Peter," he tweeted last month.
