A former senior executive who worked as part of 50 Cent’s various business enterprises has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of years of harassment.

As reported by Billboard, legal representatives for Monique Mayers filed a federal civil complaint in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Thursday (April 30). In the lawsuit, Mayers accused 50 Cent of engaging in a years-long campaign of retaliation, harassment and intimidation following the end of their business relationship.

Mayers worked in various senior roles across Fif’s businesses, including G-Unit Film & Television, Sire Spirits, LLC, G-Unit Records, and G-Unit Touring. She has alleged that she refused to participate in illegal business practices with 50 Cent, and was terminated as a result. She claimed that after 50 Cent filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2015, he asked to place property in her name in an effort to conceal his connection to such properties.

“Curtis Jackson has cultivated a public persona as '50 Cent' built on highly publicized feuds and attacks on former associates, but as alleged in the complaint, this conduct is not performance, and it has real‑world consequences,” said attorney Bennitta Joseph. “Mr. Jackson's actions have caused serious harm to personal and professional lives and, in Ms. Mayers' case, created a sustained and credible fear for her safety. The complaint details a pattern of conduct designed to intimidate, punish, and silence those who refuse to comply with Jackson's demands.”

She also alleged that 50 Cent and his attorney pressured her to file a false police report against 50 Cent’s driver and bodyguard, Bajar Walters, accusing him of stealing $600,000 in cash and taking one of the rapper’s vehicles without permission. “Ms. Mayers would not frame Walters, file a false police report, or risk her own liberty to protect Jackson’s secrets,” the complaint reads.

After she refused to participate in the alleged incidents, she was fired from her position at 50 Cent’s companies in 2019. Mayers alleged that, between 2019 and April 2026, she has received over 83 harassing phone calls and text messages from 25 different phone numbers. The lawsuit also alleged that 50 Cent named Mayers as a potential background witness as part of the FBI’s investigation into a former Sire Spirits employee, which forced her to testify in front of a Grand Jury.

50 Cent has not responded to the lawsuit.
