Drake’s generosity apparently knows no bounds.
The Toronto star gifted Twitch streamer BigMonRaph 1,000 subscriptions on Monday while he was streaming from the site of Drake’s ICEMAN block installation. The streamer reacted with excitement, shouting and celebrating on camera.
Raph also at one moment was seen licking the massive ice structure.
Raph, trying to uncover the release date of Drake’s highly anticipated album, showed himself holding a piece of ice he claimed to have broken off the structure.
Drake continued his Iceman rollout on April 20 by sharing coordinates on Instagram that led to a location in Toronto, where Complex discovered a massive ice block installation teasing the album.
Drake has been teasing his next album since last year, following For All the Dogs, with hints through livestreams and his single “What Did I Miss?” The project will be his first solo release since his 2024 feud with Kendrick Lamar, after his collaborative album with PartyNextDoor.
The rapper’s Iceman has intensified in recent weeks, with a Drake-linked film shoot in Toronto involving pyrotechnics causing loud explosions that surprised residents and prompted an apology from Downsview Park management.
“We understand that the unexpected sounds were alarming and unsettling for many and we are sorry for the disruption this may have caused,” the management team said in a statement on Instagram. “While there was never any risk to public safety—and Toronto Police Service and Toronto Fire Services were involved —we recognize that this does not lessen the impact the experience had on those affected.”
