The Game took a moment to shout out Diddy and R. Kelly at his birthday party

At his Hollywood birthday party on Friday (Nov. 28), the “Hate It Or Love It” rapper took the mic and publicly called for Diddy and R. Kelly to be freed.

"Ay, since nobody else gon' say it. Hey man, free Kells, n***a," he said, as seen in footage shared by TMZ, as the DJ cued up R. Kelly's "Bump N’ Grind."

"Free that n***a," the 46-year-old continued. "Free Diddy ... Free all the freaky homies, I don't give a fuck. Some baby oil and some pee pee, free the guys ... It's my birthday, n***a. I don't see nothing wrong with freeing the guys."

Meanwhile, Diddy's legal situation remains uncertain.

His son King Combs recently hinted the 56-year-old Bad Boy Records founder might be home for the holidays but didn’t provide specific details. Although the White House denied reports that President Donald Trump was considering commuting his sentence, TMZ maintained its reporting was “accurate.”

Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted on two federal counts of transporting people across state lines for prostitution.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons lists Diddy's release date as June 4, 2028, following earlier indications he could be released in May 2028.

On the other hand, R. Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison in June 2022 after being found guilty of charges including racketeering, sexual exploitation of children, forced labor, and other Mann Act violations involving the coercion and transportation of women and girls to engage in illegal sexual activity.

He is projected to be released in 2045 when he will be 79 years old.
