Rihanna Congratulates ‘Baby Daddy’ ASAP Rocky After ‘Don’t Be Dumb’ Debuts at No. 1 on Billboard

Rihanna didn’t waste a second to congratulate ASAP Rocky after his new album topped the charts.

On Sunday (Jan. 25), Billboard reported that Rocky’s Don’t Be Dumb made its debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, making it his third chart-topper and his first since 2015.

“Just me here to let yall know my baby daddy got the NUMBER 1 ALBUM!!! Aaahhhhhh hah! 🤪 DONT BE DUMB!!!” Rih wrote on her X account.

Don't Be Dumb earned 123,000 equivalent album units in the United States in the week ending Jan. 22, per Billboard. Streaming drove the bulk of the total, with 76,000 SEA (streaming equivalent albums) units translating to 78.02 million on-demand official streams, giving Rocky his biggest streaming week ever. Album sales accounted for 47,000 units.

The album benefited from multiple physical releases that included more than a dozen vinyl variants totaling 40,000 sold, along with CDs and cassettes sold via his webstore, deluxe boxed sets bundled with clothing, and staggered additions of bonus tracks to the digital and streaming editions.

Elsewhere on the chart, K-Pop boyband Enhypen debuted their mini-album The Sin: Vanish at No. 2, Bad Bunny’s Debí Tirar Más Fotos climbed to No. 3, Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem slipped to No. 4, and Zach Bryan’s With Heaven On Top fell to No. 5.

The rest of the chart was rounded out by YoungBoy Never Broke Again who’s Slime Cry debuted at No. 6, Olivia Dean’s The Art of Loving landed at No. 7, Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl moves to No. 8, the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack slid to No. 9, and Madison Beer’s Locket debuted at No. 10.
