Brendan Paul, Diddy’s former assistant and alleged drug mule, had all of his charges dropped in his Florida felony drug case.

According to TMZ, the 25-year-old’s charges were officially dismissed by state prosecutors after he completed a pretrial diversion program, per his attorney Brian Bieber.

Federal sources also told the outlet that Paul did not strike a deal with federal prosecutors in 55-year-old Diddy’s case.

The former Syracuse basketball player was arrested in March at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport when authorities allegedly found cocaine and marijuana candy in his bag. At that time, he was hit with a one felony count of drug possession.

Paul’s arrest came on the heels of federal raids on Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes as part of a sex trafficking investigation.

In a lawsuit filed in February, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. claimed Paul handled all of Diddy’s drugs and firearms. Diddy’s lawyers denied the claims, calling them “pure fiction.”

While Diddy faces federal indictment and awaits trial in Brooklyn, Paul will be avoiding jail time and probation.
