Cardi B is now a mother of four after giving birth to her first child with New England Patriots player Stefon Diggs. According to TMZ, Cardi gave birth last week.
The rapper announced the arrival of her fourth overall child, whom she nicknamed Baby Brim, on Thursday.
"My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons,” Cardi wrote in a post to Instagram. “My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve."
On Thursday, speculation grew that Cardi had delivered her new baby after the Bronx rapper was spotted during a trip to a New Jersey gym. TMZ reported that a video filmed in Tenafly appeared to show Cardi on her phone, with eyewitnesses claiming she had just finished working out with two trainers.
Cardi announced her pregnancy during an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings in September.
“I'm having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs,” Cardi said at the time. “I'm excited, I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very powerful that I'm doing all this work, but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."
While speaking to People at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards, Diggs revealed that the couple were expecting a baby boy.
"It’s a boy. That’s enough for me," Diggs told the magazine. "I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around."
The news of her pregnancy came just days before the release of her latest album Am I the Drama? and after announcing her Little Miss Drama Tour. Despite some concerns from fans, Cardi assured fans that her tour will proceed as scheduled.
“As soon as I give birth, tour rehearsal starts,” she said. “I don't come from weak women.”
Cardi B shares her other three children with her estranged husband, Offset. Their first daughter, Kulture, was born in 2018, followed by their son, Wave, in September 2021. The pair also welcomed their youngest, Blossom, last September.
