50 Cent is weighing in on Cardi B and Stefon Diggs’ rumored break up.
Not long after the New England Patriots lost Super Bowl LX to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night (Feb. 8), some fans realized that the rapper and the wide receiver were no longer following each other on Instagram, leading to rumors that the couple have called it quits.
The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ rapper didn’t waste much time giving his take on the situation on Instagram.
“Can you imagine waking up this morning and you done lost this b!tch and the Super Bowl,” Fifty wrote on Monday (Feb. 9). “I would tell everybody get away from me, have a drink and go back to sleep. LOL”
A source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight on Monday that Cardi and Diggs ended their relationship “recently.” The source also mentioned that not all hope for a reconciliation isn’t lost.
“It's possible they get back together and this could just be for right now," the source said. “She is focused on her upcoming [Little Miss Drama Tour] and family while figuring out their next steps.”
When did Cardi B and Stefon Diggs start dating?
Rumors that the two were romantically linked began circulating in October 2024 and spent Valentine’s Day together in 2025. They became Instagram official that June.
In a September 2025 interview with Jenna Bush Hager on TODAY With Jenna & Friends, Cardi said the two were set up by “mutual friends.”
"I thought he was cute," Cardi said at the time. "I was like, 'Oh, he's gotta be mine.'"
When did Cardi B and Stefon Diggs welcome their child together?
Just days before the release of her sophomore album Am I the Drama?, Cardi confirmed to Gayle King on CBS Mornings that she was pregnant with her fourth child, her first with Diggs.
“I'm having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs,” she told King. “I'm excited, I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very powerful that I'm doing all this work, but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."
The couple welcomed the child, a baby boy the couple affectionately nicknamed Baby Touchdown, on November 4, 2025.

When Cardi shared the first photos of Baby Touchdown to Instagram, some hawk-eyed fans spotted what appeared to be an engagement ring on her ring finger. A source confirmed to TMZ that this was not the case.
Diggs hinted that getting Cardi an engagement ring was “on the agenda” while speaking at a press conference last week.
“I gotta get mine first, though,” he quipped.
