Diane Warren is in good spirits following Sunday’s Oscars ceremony.

During the 98th Academy Awards, which was broadcast on Sunday, March 15, Warren was nominated for Best Original Song for Kesha’s “Dear Me,” which was on the soundtrack for Warren’s documentary, Diane Warren: Relentless. The song, however, lost to “Golden” by Huntr/x from K-Pop Demon Hunters.

Warren, however, isn’t shaken by the loss. In fact, she maintains her motivation. In a photo shared to her Instagram page, the prolific songwriter is seen sitting by a keyboard piano with a pen in hand, hinting that she’s already back to work on more music. “Ok, on to the next song!,” she wrote in the post’s caption.

Warren has penned tracks for several artists, including Starship, Heart, Cher, Celine Dion, Aaliyah, Brandy, Monica, Taylor Swift, and Beyoncé. She earned her first Oscar nomination for “Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now” by Starship in 1987, as the song appeared in the movie Mannequin. She’s also been nominated for the award for her soundtrack contributions with Aerosmith, Lady Gaga, and Leanne Rimes. However, despite having been nominated for the award a total of 17 times, Warren has never won the coveted Oscar.

This makes her the record holder of the longest Oscars losing streak. Warren is aware of the matter, but maintains a good sense of humor over it. “At least I'm a record holder of something!!,” she wrote in an Instagram post that contained a screenshot of an article noting the feat.

Warren has, however, won a Grammy for her work on Dion’s “Because You Loved Me,” which appeared on the soundtrack to the 1996 romantic drama film Up Close and Personal.

Since sharing the aforementioned social media posts, several artists and entertainers have shared their support, including Kesha, who wrote, “You have helped write the soundtrack of all of our lives! Having been nominated 17 times is absolutely incredible and I hope you are so proud of yourself, my sweet friend.”

Soap opera icon Susan Lucci also poured out some love to Warren, writing “Hang in there—took me to nomination #19 to finally win that Emmy!”
