Guess Which Former President Is Still America's Most Admired Man (And Which Current President Is Not)

Nothing but admiration for MY president.

President Barack Obama has notched his 10th straight year as the most admired dude on the planet, according to a new Gallup poll.

The poll dropped Wednesday and shows Americans are once again most likely to name Obama as the man they admire most on this earth. A strong 17 percent gave Obama the top spot this year, down slightly from the 2016 poll (22 percent) and exactly matched with 2015. Somehow, this year's No. 2 slot goes to the neo-Nazi-sympathizer-in-chief himself: Donald "I Talk About My Own Daughter's Breasts" Trump.

Pope Francis, Elon Musk, Bernie Sanders, Bill Gates, and some dolt named Billy Graham (???) also appear on the 2017 edition of the most admired men ranking.

Hillary Clinton stands as this year's most admired woman, as she has for the past 16 years. In fact, Clinton has now been named the most admired woman a record-setting total of 22 times. Close behind is Michelle Obama, followed by Oprah Winfrey and Elizabeth Warren. Queen Elizabeth II, Duchess Kate Middleton, and Beyoncé also landed on the list.

Though Trump's No. 2 position is indeed far too high, as there is nothing admirable about a failed steak salesman or his equally failed family, there's a hell of a silver lining tucked into the stats: Of the 71 times Gallup has conducted this poll, the incumbent POTUS has won 58 of them. That means Trump is one of few incumbents to not be admired enough to bag the top spot. Maybe it's all the Nazi shit?

To arrive at this year's findings, Gallup polled a random sample of 1,049 adults via telephone between Dec. 4 and Dec. 11 of this year.
