A "dramatic" new video has been released in the Luigi Mangione case. It shows the aftermath of the shooting of United Healthcare executive Brian Thompson.

Be forewarned that the video is disturbing. TMZ posted it on its website.

According to TMZ, the footage "was entered into evidence this week at Luigi's court hearing for his New York state case and publicly released as an exhibit" on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

The video shows first responders trying to resuscitate Thompson. First, the video shows a man prosecutors allege is Mangione coming up behind Thompson and shooting him. That video portion was released before. The extended, new video shows "hotel security and a guest stumble upon Thompson's bullet-riddled body, and they call police," TMZ reported, before first responders try in vain to save Thompson.

In addition, a 911 call from a McDonald's manager was released, according to ABC News, which noted that Mangione has pleaded not guilty in the shooting death. The 911 call sheds light on the moments that led to Mangione's capture.

"I have a customer here that some other customers here were suspicious of that he looks like the CEO shooter from New York," a McDonald's manager in Altoona, Pennsylvania, told authorities in the 911 call, which was published by ABC News.

"He's wearing a black sweater jacket with a medical mask and a tan khaki colored beanie," she said. Although he had his face covered, the customers were suspicious that he was the CEO shooter because of one key attribute, she said in the call. "The only thing you can see is his eyebrows," the manager noted.

Officers' audio was also released. An officer testified that he recognized the suspect as Mangione when police responded to the McDonald's, ABC News reported.

Mangione has been hit with a slew of state and federal charges in Thompson's death, and he could face the death penalty for the murder, which occurred as Thompson strolled down a New York City street.
