Tomi Lahren Violates U.S. Code With Her Disrespectful Halloween Costume

And now for the weekly Tomi Lahren offense update.

The Fox News commentator, who has managed to nauseate every level-headed Internet user who's accidentally been sucked into her ever-present click bait, technically violated federal law on Saturday when she predictably used the American Flag as a cape in her Halloween ensemble. The full look, which stunts a MAGA onesie with a butchered flag attached, allowed Tomi to finally give her ideology a costume — hatred masked as patriotism. Lahren wrote: "Oh LA get ready to find your safe spaces! Well if you're a conservative, I'm American AF. If you're a lib, I'm "offensive." Let's go. #halloween #MAGA #Merica #makeHalloweenGreatAgain"

The KKK sympathizer likely got her creative inspiration from none other than Donald Trump himself, when she posted a picture of him on Twitter the other day holding the American flag with the caption #relationshipgoals.

It turns out that regardless of political preferences, Tomi's costume is a violation of U.S. Code because it does not allow the flag to fall free. For someone who spends so much of their time catastrophizing flag-related topics, you would think she would make sure her costume was at least federal-law compliant before stunting it on IG.

The United States Flag code, which deals with the do's and don'ts related to the stars and stripes, explicitly outlines that the American Flag is not to be worn or draped.

That don't look like free fallin' to me Tomi, I see you. As is the case with any given Lahren stunt, Twitter managed to soften the blow by supplying hilarious commentary in which the conservative mogul is humiliated.
