More and More Uber Drivers Are Filming Their Passengers to Protect Themselves

Uber drivers are apparently filming themselves to protect against passenger accusations and crappy reviews.

If you're in the dash cam making business (which you're not) then now, this very moment, may be your long-awaited shot to really stack your cash, since more and more Uber drivers are seemingly buying cams to save themselves from crappy reviews and absurd threats from the sometimes terrible people they have to drive around.

On Thursday Quartz published a piece that highlights this particular trend. In it are several anecdotes that could lead you to consider making the purchase yourself if you happen to be now (or in the future) stuck driving around the drunk and carless.
